Privacy and Cookies Policy

 

This Privacy and Cookies Policy defines the purposes and rules of storing and accessing information on User's devices with the use of cookies, for the implementation of services provided electronically by ADV Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, Fabryczna 15 40-611 requested by the User.

 

I. Definitions

 

1. Controller - means ADV Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Katowice , Zygmunta Krasińskiego 29/9 Katowice 40-019, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Katowice, VIII Commercial Department under KRS number 0000663669, NIP: 954-277-41-45, Regon: 366571199, which provides services electronically through the Site in the domain Advpoland.pl and stores and accesses information in User's devices.

 

2. Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the Users' final devices, through which the User uses the Website. They consist of a key specifying the name of the value, the value and the time after which the browser should delete the cookie, and their functions are mostly standard for the settings provided by the browsers.

 

3. Cookies of the Controller - means Cookies placed by the Controller, related to the provision of electronic services by the Controller through the Service.

 

4. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Controller's partners, through the website of the Service.

 

5. Service - means a website or application under which the Controller operates an Internet service, operating in the Advpoland.pl domain.

 

6. Device - means an electronic device through which a User accesses the Service.

 

7. User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

 

II. Protection of information

 

The Controller shall exercise special care in protecting the privacy and data of the users of the Service, in particular, shall apply the principles set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of the EU. L. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1), and shall guarantee to all persons logging in, filling out contact forms and registering on the Service that their data will be properly protected in accordance with the provisions of Polish and European Union law. All users of the Service remain anonymous, and it will be solely at the User's discretion when he/she registers or logs in to the Service.

 

III. Information obtained about the User

 

During their visit to the Service, Users may encounter contact forms used to collect data necessary to process their requests. The Controller's rules for processing personal data and the rights of data subjects can be found in the Privacy and Security tab.

Some areas of the Website may use cookies, which are small text files sent to an Internet user's computer identifying it in a way necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the computer as well as to the User and his data. In most cases it is necessary for the proper operation of the Platform. The condition for the operation of cookies is their acceptance by the browser and not removing them from the disk. However, failure to accept the operation of most of the cookies will prevent the Service from working.

 

The Controller collects data contained in system logs (this is information that the User's computer transmits to the server each time it connects to the Service's Internet domain; it may contain various data, such as the IP address, from which it is possible to determine, among other things, where the connection came from). This information is used by the Controller for technical purposes related to server administration, optimization and modification of the Service to better adapt it to the needs of Users, as well as for marketing products and its own services. IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical information (e.g. about the place from which the connection is made). In addition, data on Users of the Website and their preferences may be captured and disclosed in the form of statistics, while such statistics remain anonymous and do not contain data and characteristics that allow identification of individual Users.

 

Although cookies collect various types of information, as a rule they do not constitute personal data, as they do not allow for User identification. Some of the information in certain situations (depending on its content and use) may be considered personal data. To such information, which may have the character of personal data, the principles of personal data processing found in the Privacy and Security tab are fully applicable.

 

In order to ensure efficient use of our Service, we also use technologies other than cookies, such as Local Storage, which is used to store data recorded during use of the Services in a dedicated part of the browser's memory. Data in Local storage can be accessed only by the website from which the data was saved in the browser. The data in Local Storage is stored by the browser after it is closed.

 

IV. Types of cookies used

 

1. The cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Users' Devices. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.

 

2. The Controller uses two types of cookies:

 

a. Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any data or confidential information from the User's Device.

 

b. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any data or confidential information from the User Device.

 

3. The User has the option to limit or disable access of cookies to his Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, but to a limited extent - as you will not be able to use the functions that by their nature require cookies.

 

V. Basis for processing cookies

 

Obtaining and storing information using cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of the Website takes place on the basis of the User's consent. In the settings of the Internet browser or within the framework of managing the privacy policy of the Website, consent to the use of cookies technologies that are not necessary for the functioning of the Website may be modified or revoked at any time (for example, through browser settings), which will, however, negatively affect the level of functionality of the Website. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The basis for the processing of cookies necessary to provide electronic services at the request of the User and to ensure the safety of the use of these services is the necessity of the processing for the realization of the Controller's legitimate interest, which is the need to ensure the highest quality of content presented by the Controller. To the extent that also third parties who are partners of the Controller may have direct access to this information - the legal basis for such processing is the voluntary consent expressed by the Customer

 

VI. Purposes for which cookies are used, third-party Cookies Controllers

 

1. cookies of the Controller are used for the following purposes:

 

a. Configuration of the Website:

 

adapting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website,

 

recognition of the Service User's device and its location and appropriate display of the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs,

 

remembering the history of visited pages on the Service in order to recommend content;

 

b. Authenticating the Service User and ensuring the Service User session:

 

maintenance of the session of the User of the Service, thanks to which the server can remember the data entered on the forms assigned to a given User within the session,

 

correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session,

 

optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Controller;

 

c. Realization of processes necessary for full functionality of the Website:

 

Correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Website,

 

Displaying the offers selected by the user in the clipboard even after the expiration of the session.

 

Display the number of offers in the clipboard without having to query the server each time,

 

Displaying texts using typefaces of additional fonts that are not installed in the User's system,

 

Realization of the individual steps of the reservation process,

 

Remembering the last displayed box with information;

 

d. Analysis and research and audience auditing:

 

Creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users of the Website use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content;

 

e. Provision of advertising services:

 

providing through the Service advertising content more tailored to the interests of Users;

 

f. Displaying surveys:

 

To collect statistics about the pages of the Service visited, the time and duration of visits in order to investigate the existence of criteria that a User must meet in order to be presented with a survey;

 

g. To ensure the security and reliability of the Service.

 

2. the Service Controller uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

 

a. presentation of multimedia content on the Service's websites, which are downloaded from an external website:

www.google.com, Google Earth and Google Maps service [Controller of cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA],

microsoft.com, the service of downloading JavaScript for Microsoft .NET WebForms from an external service [Controller of cookies: Microsoft, based in the USA],

googleapis.com, a service for downloading font files and JavaScript scripts from external services, in order to optimize the loading of the Website [Controller of cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA];

 

b. collection of general and anonymous statistical data through analytical tools, allowing to reach Users who have already visited the Service with advertising messages in order to provide them with dedicated advertising content. For the purposes of cooperation with entities conducting marketing activities, the browser or other software installed on the User's device records cookies from entities conducting such activities, which may become the Controller of the Customer's data:

VII. Possibilities to determine the conditions for storing or accessing cookies

 

1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing by cookies to the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence by means of the settings of the Internet browser or by means of the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about each time cookies are placed on the User's device. It is also possible to block third-party cookies with simultaneous acceptance of cookies coming directly from Advpoland.pl Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).

 

2. The user can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser they are using.

 

VIII. Amendments to the privacy policy

 

The Controller will inform about any changes to this privacy and cookie policy that may result from changes in Polish law, the development of Internet technologies or the development and emergence of new products and services of the Website by updating the privacy policy on the Controller's website and marking it with an appropriate date.
